Anah Easton

Anah Easton has recently graduated from high school as a homeschool student. She is planning to further her education through the April 2024 Certified GAPS Coach Training. Over the past year, Anah has been healing from health issues through a specific version of the GAPS Nutritional Protocol, a complete lifestyle 360, and the renewing of her mind!

Anah plans to use her GAPS Training to work one-on-one with teens and young adults who are suffering and to give them hope that not only CAN they heal but that every single one of us was MADE TO HEAL!

In the future Anah plans to build her own regenerative farm. She wants A2 cows, chickens, bees, goats, horses, and an organic garden! She loves music; playing guitar and piano, singing, and especially songwriting! She has dreams of traveling and having adventures all around the world. Anah is thrilled to be a GAPS intern throughout this next leg of her journey!

Julia Dulgerova

Julia Dulgerova is a Nutrition Academy student and proud graduate of the CGC (Certified Gut and Psychology Syndrome) program. Her journey into the world of nutrition was sparked by a deep curiosity about the profound impact of food on the body.

Living on a homestead with her family, Julia dives into the world of permaculture, raising healthy chickens, and cultivating an abundance of nourishing food. Her passion for nutrition and herbalism intertwines seamlessly with her dream of owning her own farm, where she envisions continuing her homesteading adventures.

Eager to share her knowledge, Julia is thrilled to collaborate with Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride and the GAPS Team. Together, they aim to emphasize the significance of bio-individuality in our diets and lifestyles, especially among young audiences through the GAPS Youth Movement.
